- Rates are inclusive of breakfast

- All rates in this contract are including government tax & service charges and are non-commissionable.

- All rates in this contract are only valid for individual travelers.

- Booking with 8 rooms & above is considered as group. Rates for groups and MICE and related Terms &

Conditions are available on request

- Hotel reserves the right to review the contract rates on a 6 monthly basis. The above room rates

cannot be posted or available for sales on the Internet or Website without our agreement otherwise,

walk - in rates will be applied accordingly.

3. Reservation

- Telephone availability checks are not considered as a commitment for the reservation. Hotel is not

required to a verbal confirmation of the availability

- Reservation will not be considered as confirmed until the Tour Operator receives a confirmation from Hotel.

In case no prior reservations are made, regular published rates will be applied.

4. Children Policy:

- Accommodation free of charge for one child less than 12 years old, sharing parents' room and utilizing existing

bedding

- Breakfast is free for one child under 12 years old, the second Child under 12 years old will be half charge

(151,000vnd) for breakfast. Full charge (303,000VND) will be applied for child from 12 years old and above

without Extra bed

- Maximum 2 children (under 12) can share the same room with parent

5. Check – in & Check – out policy

- Check-in time is from 14:00 PM. And check-out time is at 12:00 AM (Noon).

- Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

Late check - out before 6:00 PM: will be charged 50% of contracted rate

6. Cancellation & No show policy

- 5 - 3 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the 1st night room charge will be charged accordingly

- 2 days and the arrival date: 1st night room charge will be charged accordingly

- No-show: Full charge will be applied

7. Payment

- Full payment shall be received by Hotel after guest check out as credit term and condition.
