With this tour, you will have a chance to visit Cuchi tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometers constructed by Vietnamese fighters; take boat trip in Mekong River Delta; visit Da Lat - the "City of Eternal Spring" and relax at Nhatrang Beach.

  • Day 1: Saigon arrival 

  • On arrival at Tan San Nhat Airport, you will be meet and transferred to your hotel. Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, is a center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam.

  • Free time to relax. Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 2:  Cuchi Tunnels - Saigon city tour (B, L) 

  • Visiting to Cuchi tunnels, you should not miss crawling through narrow and low tunnels, that is great time for you to experience the feeling of people living inside. Now, most of tunnels opened for tourists were widened and lit up with low power lights so it is safe and you can fit in easily.

    Finish your tour to Cuchi tunnels with a small meal of cassava, the main local food for VC during the war. You can see a special kitchen invented by Hoangcam, this kitchen was designed to cook but doesn’t give out smoke, because US airplane often bombed when they saw smoke coming out, so this is ideal kitchen during the war for VC.

    Lunch will be served at a local restaurant nearby Cuchi tunnels. After lunch, drive back to Saigon and start our half day city tour with a visit to  the War Remnants Museum where you learn something about serious wars that happened in the country in the last century. Next, admire the special gothic style of century-old Notre-Dame Cathedral and the nearby Central Post Office. Trip finished in the late afternoon at your hotel.

    Day 3: Saigon - Mekong Delta - Saigon  (B, L)

  •  08.00 am: We will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Tourist Boat Station in My Tho. We arrive around 11.00 am and then:

    • Cruising on Tien  river (Mekong River) and seeing four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix. Enjoy fresh coconut juice and visit to crocodile farm

    • To visit fish floating market and Fish-craft village along Tien River.

    • Stop at Unicorn island, go walking around countryside road, seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits and listen to traditional music. Take a horse-cart riding along Quoi Son village with peaceful scenery, and then enjoy lunch at our local restaurant.

    • Take a rowing boat on small canal with beautiful scenery of coutryside, to visit honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-tea.

    • To boat up Tien River to Tan Thach canal (Ben Tre) visit coconut candy workshop and handicraft workshop. Come back to My Tho. Finish your tour at My Tho habour. Take our private bus back Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 4:   Saigon - Dalat (B)

  • The journey northwards begins as we depart Saigon and pass through the many tea and coffee plantations to the hill station of Da Lat – the jewel of the Central Highlands. It is featured by a park-like environment, with lovely temperature 15°-24°C and sunlight all year round, which create numerous waterfalls, pinewood hills, lakes and evergreen forests and gardens.

  • On arrival we can soak up the cool climate as much as we want by spending our time to wander around and catch our first glimpse of the town. The influence of the French is prevalent since Da Lat was founded as a hill retreat for the colonials to escape the oppressive heat of the coastal plains and the Mekong Delta. This charming town is set around a lake and surrounded by forests, waterfalls and rolling countryside. Overnight in Da Lat.

  • Day 5:   Dalat - Nha Trang (B, L) 

  • An impressive way to start our day is a walk around the town. We then embark on a short drive past the charming pine hill to visit the summer residence of Vietnam’s last Emperor Bao Dai, the last King of Vietnam, who was forced to abdicate in 1945, shortly after the end of the World War II. We follow this with a trip to the Lam Ty Ni Pagoda, Crazy House. The central market and the old rail station are also visited this morning before we travel by roads through the undulating terrains to the picturesque coastal town of Nha Trang. Along the way we make stopover at the scenic Ngoan Muc Pass and the Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers. These amazing structures represent an interesting culture and a colorful history of the Cham people. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Nha Trang.

  • Day 6:  Nha Trang (B, L) 

  • The fabulous sunny weather, turquoise water surrounding a string of islands and white sandy beach stretching the whole length of the city make Nha Trang one of Vietnam's premier beach resorts. We board a boat for a day trip around the coastal islands, stopping on the way at a local fishing village to observe the island life. Today we also have lots of time on the blue clear water enjoying swimming and snorkeling or lazing on a beach. A seafood lunch is some enjoyment of the trip. We arrive back in town late afternoon and visit the Long Son Pagoda, Ponagar Cham Towers, which are overlooking the colourful fishing port. Overnight in Nha Trang.


    Day 7:  Nha Trang - Saigon (B)

  • Today we can get up from dawn to enjoy our last minute swimming on Nha Trang Beach. After breakfast we set off on a long but scenic drive on very goods roads which link Nha Trang and Saigon. A part of the pleasure of travelling through this region is the simple joy of seeing the charming countryside and the smiling faces of the people. Along the way we can make stop as we please, to stretch our legs and take some wonderful photographs. Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 8:  Saigon - Departure (B) 

  • There is a free time for your to relax or further explore Saigon. The trip ends after your transfer to Tan San Nhat Airport for departure. End of the tour.
